A message from Luke
If you’re here, chances are you’re looking for something more. Maybe clarity, maybe calm, maybe the energy to feel like yourself again. I get it. I’ve been there too.
I’ve spent much of my life exploring how people grow and change, through art, through awareness, through the quiet work of becoming more honest with ourselves. I started meditating in my teens and have kept a consistent mindfulness practice for over three decades. That path has helped me weather life’s storms and find real meaning, not in chasing perfection, but in learning to show up fully for life as it is.
My background is a bit unconventional: In addition to my training in Neuro-linguistic Programming, hypnosis, and mindfulness, I’ve been a writer, an actor, a musician, and a coach. I’ve worked with people on stage, on camera, and in one-on-one consultation. What connects it all is this: I help people reconnect. With themselves, their creativity, and the deeper values that make life worth living.
Through Creative Growth Counseling, I offer personalized, down-to-earth support. Whether we’re working with mindfulness, wellness habits, creativity, or hypnosis, the goal is the same: to help you feel more like you again.
This work isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about coming home to who you’ve always been underneath the noise. If that resonates, I’d love to connect.
